part of our commission, at no additional
costs to you.
You will never have an “incomplete
listing” on the MLS or other websites
with us. When we bring your property on
the market, the listing will be loaded
with quality marketing remarks, clear,
attractive photographs and helpful
agent-only instructions to maximize
interest and showings. We encourage
buyers’ agents to use our preferred
escrow agency, the Talon Group, in order
to make sure all aspects of the
transaction are handled with the utmost
in customer service and professionalism.
As your move
approaches, we can coordinate additional
cleanings, moving truck services,
storage facilities and other necessary
arrangements to help manage your time
and fit your budget.
