Prior to bringing your home on the market we will work with your furnishings and accessories in order to stage the home for our professional photographer and the coming showings. We will arrive on "event day" with a professional cleaning crew and begin preparing your home for sale by re-arranging furniture, cleaning, organizing, pre-packing and we may even supplement your possessions with artwork, plants or accessories from our own inventory. Upon completion of the cleaning and staging process our professional photographer will arrive to capture your home in its perfect moment for our marketing campaigns. We have found that our staging, cleaning and professional photos sell our listings faster and for more money than competing properties.
